From 1992, our activity includes all the fields of the real-estate activity, mainly dedicated on the purchase, sale and development of soil, residential, industrial or commercial. Marketing of properties through international channels, management and developments of partial plans, projects of building, control and direction of construction.

Our target is to offer our services in the areas we are present in order to know deeply our field of action to be the most efficient in our activity. For this reason, our activity is mainly based in the South Coast of Spain, Madrid, Barcelona and Paris. We have inmediate knowledge of the new urban developments, the available soil and the opportunities of investment in residential, industrial, commercial and tertiary.

We accept orders from Real estates promotors and private investors to buy soil and in many cases we take part in the project, developing it jointly.

We collaborate with the most important National and International consulting real estate agencies. Normally, they request our collaboration to be able to attend to their clients demands, investment or implantation. We also request them for any of our clients demand.
